Liquid Motion - 101 - Floorwork!

This movement workshop will be an exploration of fluid, sensual floorwork for all bodies and all levels of movement experience. By focusing on grounded connection, initiating movements from the pelvis, and threading limbs, Margot Manifesto will help you unleash your own smooth and sultry floorwork. Whether you want to master the slow burn, or find a moment to connect with your sensuality, there's something for you in this workshop. The class will play with a variety of moves to travel across the stage, transition to/from the floor, and hold an audience captive. Knee pads are recommended, and a few will be available to borrow.
