The Physicality of Stage Presence

This class is designed to help you get into your skin and work with some of the wonderful ways in which it moves. We will explore what it's like to be in your body, learn how to use it to radiate on stage.Good for many levels of movers, this class will teach you how to expand your presence and take up space while making you laugh, shimmy, shake, bump, grind, and have a damn good time. People will need to wear clothing suitable for a dance class. Heels are welcome, but not required.
